When Ashfield Stone Group set out to create branded packs, they wanted something special—packs that would warmly welcome new hires while also making their business partners feel valued. Here’s how we helped them bring that vision to life.

The Brief
Ashfield Stone wanted to introduce branded packs for the first time, focusing primarily on engaging business partners while also creating a separate set for welcoming new employees. The challenge was to create high-quality packs that fit within a strict budget while maintaining a unique identity for each target audience.

The solution
We worked closely with the client to put together two different sets of packs: 50 for client engagement and 25 for onboarding new staff. While some items were similar, like the branded notebook and pen set, we made sure each pack had its own unique feel to suit the different audiences.
For the onboarding packs, we wanted new starters to feel welcomed and equipped, so suggested a black notebook and pen set, a cotton shopper, a foldable umbrella, a ceramic mug and a thermal water bottle. For the partner packs, we went for a more premium feel and look, featuring the A5 notebook and pen set, a thermal travel mug, a 12-baton chocolate bar with full-color print, a wireless charger and an insert card printed in full color on both sides.
At first, the client was interested in one of our standard pre-made packs for both audiences, but after chatting through their budget and what they wanted to achieve, we came up with a more tailored solution that didn’t cut corners on quality. Once every product was finalised, we packed the items in-house and delivered them in bulk to a single address, making it simple for the client to distribute.

The Result
The packs were a big hit - both with the new starters and the business partners. Our client was thrilled that we made their vision come to life while staying within budget. Hearing their positive feedback was a great reminder of why we love working on projects like this!
